1. The owner of www.gurufreebies.pl web site (called further GuruFREEBIES) is Digital Guru with the seat in Łódź, Poland.

2. All Images avaible at GuruFREEBIES are copyrighted by the law.

3. The right to use Images is allowed for non-comercial and comercial users.

4. Through this regulations the owner of GuruFREEBIES grants web site user right to use Images in the following projects:
- on web sites, on the projects of web sites
- in Flash animations
- in multimedia presentations
- in e-books
- on a business cards, promotional or advertising posters, brochures, leaflets, catalogs - on condition that Image is not used as a company logo, trademark or as an element thereof

5. You may not:
- use Images in purposes other than listed in paragraph 4.
- use Images in pornographic, illegal and immoral content
- use Images in a way, that places person on the photograph in a bad light, such as: a) pornographic content, b) advertisements, leaflets and posters which advertise clubs for adults, c) political content, d) advertisements of pharmaceutical products which refer to infectious diseases, personal hygiene, birth control, e) offensive, unlawful, immoral content
- sell Images
- use Images in a competetive (to the web site owner's buisness) way - displaying Images in any format for downloading from other than www.gurufreebies.pl web site and offering Images for sale
- use Images as a logo, trademark or as an element thereof
